Georgian Audit & Consulting Company (GACC) was formed in June 1998. Its founders are former senior managers and partners of the audit firms of Georgia and were leading employees of the Georgian Enterprise Accounting Reform Project. The founders believe that it was a right spot time to establish an audit company that would incorporate the best international practices and would respond to the demand of both local and foreign markets. They founded GACC to formalize the auditing and management consulting services they offer.

Now, GACC provides accounting and assurance services, management and information technology consulting, and tax advisory services to Governmental Institutions, national and international businesses, and donors sponsored organizations.

From 1998 to 2005 Georgian Audit & Consulting Company (GACC) was a Deloitte & Touche associated partner in Georgia.

In September 2006 GACC signed the agreement with Crowe Horwath International.
